In order to process a refund for downloadable software a Letter of Destruction must be filled out completely and sent to our Customer Service Department. Boxed Software Product Returns
All boxed software product returns must meet the Intel® Business Exchange return policies in order for Intel® Business Exchange to issue a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Intel® Business Exchange will only accept returns and/or issue refunds for boxed software products that meet either of the following criteria within THIRTY (30) days of the date of purchase:
- Only closed box software returns are allowed — Intel® Business Exchange will not accept open box returns for software. Returned boxed software must be Factory Sealed, in full resellable condition, with no stickers, markings, etc.

Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The limited warranty for Intel products can be viewed by clicking on the Product License Agreement link from within the software developer support pages of the Intel® Software Network. Warranties for other manufacturers' products can be viewed on their respective Web sites. An Internet link to the full text of any such warranty is also available, free of charge, upon request addressed to ibx_suppport@intel.com. This manufacturer's limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for the product. Intel's obligation for the product will be limited to the recourse listed in the Returns section of these terms and conditions.
INTEL DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEL OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF INTEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN CUSTOMERS.
